Norbert Finger Based on work done by the Americas' Hub Captain, Bryan Opalka, and after discusison at our Board Meeting, the Noble Air Board has agreed to standardize the PIREP. Landing Rate Rejection Criteria - Any landing that exceeds a rate of -1250 fpm will be rejected as this is (at best) a borderline crash.
