Norbert Finger Based on work done by the Americas' Hub Captain, Bryan Opalka, and after discussion at our Board Meeting, the Noble Air Board has agreed to standardize the PIREP. Landing Rate Rejection Criteria - Any landing with a ZERO landing distance, for fixed wing aircraft only. - Any landing that has a positive rate will be rejected, as you cannot land at a positive rate.
